With an experienced team that knows packaging inside and out, along with the support of some of the biggest brands in the business, you can trust that you are in good hands.

WEEKLY country delivery service to Country Victoria areas.
Once you are part of our regular client country run, our team will visit your business on the same agreed day every four weeks to take your order, our van will then provide free delivery of your order to your business that same week.

RETURN POLICY

Email us at orders@threlfallpackaging.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive faulty or damaged product due to our error you can return it, please contact us at orders@threlfallpackaging.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product. We will refund with a store credit your money once we have received your faulty item and on confirmation refund the freight cost incurred to send it back to us.


REFUND PROCESS
After we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to a store credit to account. All returns must be authorised by Threlfall Packaging.

REFUND ELIGILABILITY
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition as received. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged may not be eligible for a return. We generally do not give refunds for change of mind or wrong selection of goods. Please carefully check your shopping cart and that the items selected are what you want to purchase before proceeding with your order. If you are a regular customer as part of our Country Victoria delivery service, we will work on a solution for you for returning goods via our van for credit to your account, if they are unused and in resaleable condition.
